In the current housing market a property must be attractive to buyers to ensure your criteria for the sale are met! Whether this is a speedy completion or a sale price achieved.
Home staging allows you to achieve these goals by utilising my expertise and experience to maximise the potential of each room in your house.
Simply upload pictures of each room in your house and I will advise you completely free of charge which rooms require updating/modifying. You decide which rooms you wish to change.
Once agreed I will then send a plan drawing of the suggested layouts plus details of any changes to colours and hints on preparing your home for viewing.
The service (Home staging) will offer:
- 1 CAD plan drawing showing suggested room layout
- 1 Client brief detailing suggested colour schemes, textures, lighting etc.
Home Staging costs £35.00 per room.
